What happens when my license expires?

When your license expires, the following will be disabled:

Admin area:

  1. You will not be able to see all mandates, payments, webhooks and payouts;
  2. You will not be able to retrieve mandates or payment details;
  3. You will not be able to cancel any mandates or payments;
  4. You will not be able to retry any payments;
  5. You will see branding on all pages (if you opted to have branding removed).

Client Area:

  1. Your clients will be unable to set up direct debits - if attempted, due to an error, they'll be asked to open a ticket;
  2. Your clients will be unable to cancel direct debits - if attempted, due to an error, they'll be asked to open a ticket;
  3. Your clients will be unable to retry payments;
  4. You will see branding on all pages (if you opted to have branding removed).

Everything else will run and show as usual.

Renewing your license will enable you to see all the above options, so please be sure to renew your license promptly. If you renew your license late, please allow 24 hours for the options to be reactivated.
